Ms. Guylaine Saucier was an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Wendel SE since June 4, 2010. She is also Chairman of the Company Audit Committee and Member of the Governance Committee. A graduate, with a BA degree, from the College MargueriteBourgeois and with a Bachelors degree in business from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Montreal, she is also Fellow of the Order of Certified Public Accountants of Quebec. She was Chairman and CEO of Gerard Saucier Ltee from 1975 to 1989. She is also an institutecertified Director of the Institute of Corporationrationrate Directors. She was Chairman of the Joint Committee of Corporationrationrate Governance, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CBCRadioCanada, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, member of the Commission of Inquiry on Unemployment Insurance and Member of the Ministerial Task Force on Social Security Reform . She was President of the Quebec Chamber of Commerce. She has played a role in the community as a Board member of various institutions, including the University of Montreal, the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and the HotelDieu de Montreal. On May 18, 2004, she was named a Fellow of the Institute of Corporationrationrate Directors, and on February 4, 2005, received the Mc Gill University Management Achievement Award. On September 23, 2010, she was made Honorary Corporationrationrate Director by the College des Administrateurs de Societes. She received an honorary PhD degree from the Universite Laval in 2017. since 2010.

Elected by the shareholders, the Wendel's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Wendel inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Wendel.
