Mr. Trevor P. Bond is Chief Executive Officer Director of W. P. Carey Inc. From June 2007 until his appointment as the Company Interim Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bond was a member of the Investment Committee of CAM . Mr. Bond has served as President of CPA17 Global since October 2012 and as a director of that entity since June 2012. He has also served as Director President and the Chief Executive Officer of Corporationrationrate Property Associates 18 Global Incorporated since September 2012. The CPA REITs are publicly owned nontraded real estate investment trusts or REITs sponsored by the Company. He had also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Corporationrationrate Property Associates 16 Global Incorporated another publicly owned nontraded REIT sponsored by the Company from July 2010 to September 2010 and then as Chief Executive Officer from September 2010 and as a Director from June 2012 through January 31 2014 when CPA16 Global merged with and into the Company . Since September 2010 Mr. Bond has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Carey Watermark Investors Incorporated which is also a publicly owned nontraded REIT sponsored by the Company. Mr. Bond was the managing member of a private investment vehicle investing in real estate limited partnerships Maidstone Investment Co. LLC since March 2002. Mr. Bond served in several management capacities for Credit Suisse First Boston from 1992 to 2002. Prior to CSFB Mr. Bond served as an associate to the real estate and finance departments of Tishman Realty Construction Co. and Goldman Sachs Co. in New York since 2015.
