Mr. Edward S. Civera is an Independent Trustee of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. a publicly traded pharmacy benefit management company, from 2005 until his retirement in December 2011. In 2012, he served as a senior advisor to management and the Board of Directors of Catalyst Health Solutions in connection with the sale of the company. Mr. Civera also served as Chairman of the MedStar Health System, a multiinstitutional healthcare organization until his retirement from the board in November 2013.
