Dr. Harriett Tee Taggart, Ph.D., is Independent Trustee of Eaton Vance National Municipal Opportunities Trust, since September 1, 2011. From 1983 through 2006, Ms. Taggart served in several capacities at Wellington Management Company, LLP, an investment management firm, including as a Partner, Senior Vice President and chemical industry sector portfolio manager. She also served as a Director of the Lubrizol Corporationrationration, a specialty chemicals manufacturer from 20072011.

Eaton Vance National Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Eaton Vance's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Eaton Vance inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Eaton.
