Independent TrusteeMs. Valerie A. Mosley serves as a Independent Trustee of Eaton Vance National Municipal Opportunities Trust of effective January 1, 2014. Ms. Mosley has served as a member of the Eaton Vance Fund Boards since January 1, 2014 and is the Chairperson of the Ad Hoc Committee for ClosedEnd Fund Matters. She currently owns and manages a consulting and investment firm, Valmo Ventures and is a Director of Progress Investment Management Company, a manager of emerging managers. Ms. Mosley is a Director of Dynex Capital, Inc., a mortgage REIT, where she serves on the boards audit and investment committees. She also serves as a trustee or board member of several major nonprofit organizations and endowments, including Mass Ventures, a quasipublic earlystage investment corporation active in Massachusetts, and New Profit, a nonprofit venture philanthropy fund. She is a member of the Risk Audit Committee of the United Auto Workers Retiree Medical Benefits Trust and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of New York State Common Retirement Fund.
