Mr. Jerry G. Rutledge is an Independent Trustee of Clough Global Opportunities Fund. Mr. Rutledge is the President and owner of Rutledges Inc., a retail clothing business that has operated for over 40 years. As a recognized community leader in the state of Colorado, Mr. Rutledge was elected as a Regent at the University of Colorado in 1994 and retired in 2007. In addition, Mr. Rutledge is currently serving as a Director of the University of Colorado Hospital and is a Trustee of Financial Investors Trust, an openend investment company, and the Principal Real Estate Income Fund, a closedend investment company. Mr. Rutledge also served as a Director of the American National Bank until 2009. Mr. Rutledge has served as Trustee since each Funds inception. Mr. Rutledge has also served as a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee during his tenure as a Trustee for each Fund.
