Tobin College of Business at St. Johns University, Trustee, St. Barnabas Medical Center and RWJ Barnabas Health Care System, Director, Lupus Research Alliance, Former Director, Arcadia Resources, Inc., Certified Public Accountant in New York and Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Mauriellos significant experience in the independent public accounting and financial services industries, including a 40year tenure in senior positions with the leading international accounting firm of KPMG, makes him wellqualified to serve in his current position as Chair of the Audit Committee.
