Prior to founding Aurora Capital, Mr. McGovern served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility at GeorgiaPacific Corporation from 1981 to 1999, including Executive Vice PresidentChief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1999. Mr. McGovern has served as a director of Neenah Paper, Inc. since 2006 and as a director of NewPage Holdings Inc. since 2012. Mr. McGovern previously served as a director of GenTek, Inc. from 2003 to 2009 and currently serves on the board of its private successor, General Chemical. He also previously served as a director of Collective Brands, Inc. from 2003 until October 2012. since 2010.
