Ms. Mary K. Anstine is Independent Trustee of the Company. Ms. Anstine has also served in various executive positions with several philanthropic organizations such as the AV Hunter Trust, Colorado Uplift Board, Denver Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and Denver Area Council of the Girl Scouts of America. Prior to that, Ms. Anstine was an Executive Vice President of First Interstate Bank of Denver, Colorado and formerly a Director of Trust Bank of Colorado. In addition, Ms. Anstine served on the Executive Committee of the American Bankers Association. Ms. Anstine is Chairwoman and Trustee for the Westcore Funds and is also currently a Trustee of ALPS ETF Trust, Financial Investors Trust, and ALPS Variable Insurance Trust. Ms. Anstine has served as Trustee for the Fund since its inception. Ms. Anstine also serves as a member of the Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Nominating and Corporationrationrate Governance Committee. Ms. Anstine has further enhanced her experience and skills, in conjunction with the other Trustees, through the Boards oversight of the Funds officers in dealing with a diverse range of topics, to include but not limited to, portfolio management, legal and regulatory matters, compliance oversight, preparation of financial statements and oversight of the Funds multiple service providers.

Reaves Utility Me Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Reaves Utility's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Reaves Utility inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Reaves. The board's role is to monitor Reaves Utility's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Reaves Utility's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Reaves Utility's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
