Sinopec Oilfield Service Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Sinopec Oilfield's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Sinopec Oilfield inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Sinopec.
