Mr. Mike Foley was Chief Executive Officer North America, Member of the Executive Committee at Zurich Insurance Group Ltd from July 1, 2016 to January 1, 2018. He joined the financial management training program of Armtek Corporation in 1984. After graduating from Kellogg in 1989, Mr. Foley joined the Deerpath Group in Lake Forest, Illinois, as an associate. He later became vice president responsible for managing a portfolio of equity investments in various acquired businesses. In 1993 he joined Electrocal, Inc. in Connecticut as president. In 1996, Mr. Foley joined McKinsey Company, where he later became a principal and led its North American propertycasualty insurance practice. He joined Zurich in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer of its North America Commercial business division and in January 2008 was appointed CEO of that division and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Foley is Chairman of the Board of Zurich Holding Company of America, Inc.
