Zero Gravity Management Efficiency

The company has return on total asset (ROA) of (2.7764) % which means that it has lost $2.7764 on every $100 spent on assets. This is way below average. Zero Gravity's management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Zero Gravity manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.
The company currently holds 2.59 M in liabilities with Debt to Equity (D/E) ratio of 263.6, indicating the company may have difficulties to generate enough cash to satisfy its financial obligations. Zero Gravity Solutions has a current ratio of 0.59, indicating that it has a negative working capital and may not be able to pay financial obligations when due. Debt can assist Zero Gravity until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Zero Gravity's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Zero Gravity Solutions sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Zero to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Zero Gravity's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
