How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you sign up for Gold or Silver plan, you are automatically enrolled in a 7-day free trial that gives you unrestricted access to all the great features Macroaxis has to offer. If you cancel within your trial, you will not be charged and your account will be converted into free account.

What if I want to cancel my account?

No problem, you can cancel your account at any time. As Macroaxis is a pay-as-you-go service there are no cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current billing cycle, but you will not be billed again.

Can I get partial refund for unused period after cancelation?

No, we can not offer refund for unused period. If you are not sure about usage of your account, please sign up for monthly plans.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, there are no contracts. You can choose to pay monthly, or you can pay in advance for a year and get 3 months free (12 months for the price of 9). By paying in advance, you can submit one expense report or purchase order for the year.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for automatic payments. We also accept PayPal, checks, and bank wires for manual payments.

Is my data safe?

We take security seriously. Our Servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by restricted access and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches.
