He previously worked at Shell Oil and Daimler Benz. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford University. At AmBev he held various positions in Finance Operations and Sales before being appointed Chief Executive Officer.
