Mr. Fredric J. Tomczyk is no longer Chief Executive Officer Director of TD TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation effective Sept. 30 2016. Mr. Tomczyk resigned as President of the Company. effective Jan. 2 2016. He has served in this position since October 2008. From July 2007 until his current appointment he served as the Companys chief operating officer and was responsible for all operations technology retail sales functions and the registered investment advisor channel. He served on the Companys board of directors from January 2006 until June 2007. From May 2002 until joining the Company he served as the vice chair of corporate operations for TD Bank Group. From March 2001 until May 2002 Mr. Tomczyk served as executive vice president of retail distribution for TD Canada Trust and from September 2000 until March 2001 served as executive vice president and later as president and chief executive officer of management for TD Canada Trust. Prior to joining TD Canada Trust he was president and chief executive officer of London Life. Mr. Tomczyk serves as a director of Knight Capital Group Inc. Mr. Tomczyk serves on Cornell Universitys undergraduate business program advisory council since 2016.
