Mr. Michael D. Weiner serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer Secretary of the Company. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Weiner was a partner in the law firm of Morgan, Lewis Bockius specializing in corporate and alternative financing transactions and securities law, as well as general partnership, corporate and regulatory matters.
