BlackRock Taxable Municipal Bond Trust was formed on August 27, 2010 and is domiciled in the United States. Balckrock Build is traded on New York Stock Exchange in the United States. The fund is not filed under any group at the present time.

Elected by the shareholders, the Blackrock Taxable's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Blackrock Taxable inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Blackrock.
