Ms. Belinda Charlotte Robinson is Independent NonExecutive Director of Beach Energy Ltd. She joined Beach in May 2011. Ms Robinson is the chief executive and executive director of Universities Australia the national body representing Australias universities to Government. Prior to that Ms Robinson was the chief executive of the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association a role she held for six and a half years. Having held a number of senior and senior executive positions within the Federal Government including almost a decade with the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and as a former chief executive of the Australian Plantation Products Paper Industry Council Ms Robinson brings to the Beach Board extensive knowledge and experience in public policy government processes political advocacy change management and corporate governance. She is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors has completed the Company Director Diploma was selected to participate in the AICDs ASX Chairmans Mentoring Program and has held positions on numerous notforprofit boards and managementadvisory committees. Her special responsibilities include chairmanship of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and membership of the Risk Committee. Ms Robinson was elected to the Board on 27 May 2011 last having been reelected to the Board on 27 November 2014. since 2011.

Beach Energy Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Beach Energy's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Beach Energy inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Beach.
