Mr. Patrick J. Flanigan is Director of the Company. Mr. Flanigan was the President and sole shareholder of B. D. 43 Corporationration, a franchisee of the Company since 1985. Mr. Flanigan has also been the President and sole shareholder of B.D. 15 Corporationration, the general partner of another franchisee since 1997. Mr. Flanigan is the son of our former Chairman of the Board of Directors and former Chief Executive Officer, Joseph G. Flanigan, and is the brother of Directors, James G. Flanigan and Michael B. Flanigan. We believe Mr. Flanigans experience as a franchisee combined with his tenure with the Company qualifies him to serve on our Board of Directors. since 1991.
