From 1995 until his retirement from Deloitte in May 2004, Mr. Joyce served as New England Managing Partner of Deloitte, an international accounting firm. Prior to that, he was, for ten years, Philadelphia Managing Partner of Deloitte. Mr. Joyce served on the board of Allegheny Technologies Incorporated until expiration of his term in May 2014. In addition, Mr. Joyce served on the board of A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts, Inc. and was Chair of the board when the company was sold in 2011. since 2021.
