Ms. Iannelli subsequently owned her own consulting company serving both national and international clients. In these varying roles, Ms. Iannellis experience encompasses financial leadership in accounting policy, financial planning analytics, treasury, investor relations, SEC regulatory reporting, investment management, tax, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reengineering. Ms. Iannelli serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Maine Seacoast Mission and the Board of Trustees for Camp Beech Cliff. since 2016.
