He was our Vice President from 1989 to 2002, our Group Manager, Life Science, from 1997 to 2002 and our Group Manager, Clinical Diagnostics, from 1993 to 1997. We believe Mr. Schwartzs financial and business expertise gained through over 42 years of service with our Company, including as our President and Chief Executive Officer for over 16 years, give him the qualifications and skills to serve as a director. since 2012.
