Before that, Mr. Noski led Hughes Electronics Corporation in various senior executive roles, including as Vice Chairman and as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Noski began his career at Deloitte Touche LLP where he was named Partner. Mr. Noski has served as a member of the board of directors of Microsoft Corporation since 2003 and is the Chair of Microsofts audit committee and a member of its governance and nominating committee. Mr. Noski is also Chairman of the board of trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation and a former member of the board of directors of the National Association of Corporationrationrate Directors. In addition, Mr. Noski served as a member of the board of directors of Avery Dennison Corporationration from 2011 to 2014 and Avon Products, Inc. from 2012 to 2018. since 2015.
