Mr. Christopher M. Murphy is no longer Chief Revenue Officer of the Company, effective July 1, 2018. He has served as our Chief Revenue Officer since March 2014. Prior to joining us, Mr. Murphy served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Financial Solutions Group for Infor, Inc., a provider of business management enterprise software, from March 2004 to February 2014. From May 2003 to February 2004, Mr. Murphy served as the Vice President of Global Sales Operations for Melita International, a provider of customer contact management solutions. From October 1999 to May 2003, Mr. Murphy served as the Vice President of Sales Operations for divine, inc., an internet incubator. From October 1991 to June 1999, Mr. Murphy served in various financial roles for Platinum Technology Inc., a management software and database company, Information Resources, Inc, a market research company, and United States Cellular Corporationrationration, a provider of wireless services

Blackline Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Blackline's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Blackline inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Blackline. The board's role is to monitor Blackline's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Blackline's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
