Mr. Fabio Alberto Amorosino serves as Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Board of Banco Alfa de Investimento SA since July 4, 2009. In addition, he was Member of the Executive Board of the Company since December 2005. He acted as Second Lieutenant of the Brazilian Arm from February 1985 to September 1986. Between January 1988 and October 1995, he worked at Citibank, serving as Trader and Hedge Book Resident Vice President and Chief of the International Distribution Trading Desk. Between November 1995 and November 1999, he worked at ING Barings, where he acted as Senior Trader, Head Trader of Trading desk and Chief of Trading Desk. He served as Chief of the Private Group and Executive Vice President at Delta National Bank and Trust Co from January 2000 to December 2005. Additionally, he serves as Member of the Executive Board of Banco Alfa SA, Financiera Alfa SA and Alfa Arrendamiento Mercantil SA. He gained a degree Business Administration from Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado in 1989 and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from University of Rochester in 1993. since 2009.
