Mr. Michael John Millner is NonExecutive Deputy Chairman of the Board of Brickworks Ltd. He was appointed to the Board in 1998. He is a councillor of the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW including Chair of the Cattle Committee and Chair elect of the RAS Foundation and has experience in the investment industry. Mr. Millner is the deputy chairman of the Board and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He was Director for Washington H. Soul Pattinson Co Ltd from 1997 until 2012.

Brickworks Limited Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Brickworks' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Brickworks inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Brickworks.
