Mr. Johan J. Swanepoel has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Cavmont Capital Holdings Zambia PLC since 2011. He was appointed as the Company NonExecutive Director in August 2008 the function he held until 2011. Mr. Swanepoel was appointed as Managing Director of Bank Windhoek Limited on July 1 1999. In 2005 he took up the position of Group Managing Director of the Capricorn Investment Holdings Group. After joining Coopers Lybrand in 1980 he qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1982. He was elected Managing Partner of Pricewaterhouse Coppers in Namibia in 1989 since 2011.

Career College Holding Leadership Team
