Mr. Hans J. Rasmussen is Senior Vice President Exploration of the Coeur Mining, Inc. Mr. Rasmussen was appointed Senior Vice President, Exploration in January 2016. From 2004 to 2013, he was an officer or served on the Board of Directors of several junior public exploration companies with gold and silver projects in Quebec, Nevada, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia, including as President and Chief Executive Officer of Colombia Crest Gold Corporationration from 2007 to 2013. Mr. Rasmussen has served on the Board of Directors of Colombia Crest Gold Corporationration since 2006 since 2016.
