Former member of the Board of Directors of Stock Building Supply Holdings, Inc., a lumber and building materials distributor, from March 2010 until December 2015 when it merged with another company. Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Westminster College . Earned a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. As the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Building Materials Holding Corporationrationration, Mr. Mellor brings to the Board leadership, risk management, cyclical industry, talent management, operations, capital markets, mergers acquisitions and strategic planning experience.
