Mr. Leslie A. Brun is Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Brun was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SARR Group, LLC, an investment holding company, since 2006. In addition, he was formerly Managing Director and head of investor relations at CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC, a global private equity firm. He is also the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Hamilton Lane Advisors, a provider of asset management services for which he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from 1991 until 2005. From 1988 to 1991, he was Managing Director and cofounder of the investment banking group of Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia. Mr. Brun served as a director of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. from 2003 to 2015 and as ADPs Chairman of the Board from 2007 to 2015. Mr. Brun has served as a director of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., an investor communications and business process outsourcing provider, since 2007 and as Broadridges Chairman of the Board since 2011. He has served as a director of Merck Co., Inc., a health care company, since 2009 and lead director since 2016, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, a technology solutions provider, since 2015. He is also a director of NXT Capital, Inc., a private company. Mr. Brun is a former trustee of Widener University, the University at Buffalo Foundation, Inc. and The Episcopal Academy in Merion, Pennsylvania since 2014.
