The company has Return on Asset of 1.49 % which means that on every $100 spent on assets, it made $1.49 of profit. This is way below average. In the same way, it shows a return on shareholders' equity (ROE) of (10.14) %, meaning that it generated no profit with money invested by stockholders. Cedar Realty's management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Cedar Realty manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities. The company has 532.03 M in debt with debt to equity (D/E) ratio of 1.2, which is OK given its current industry classification. Cedar Realty Trust has a current ratio of 2.48, demonstrating that it is liquid and is capable to disburse its financial commitments when the payables are due. Debt can assist Cedar Realty until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Cedar Realty's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Cedar Realty Trust sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Cedar to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Cedar Realty's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.

If you don't do this, your portfolio allocation will be skewed against your target asset allocation. So, investors can't just sell and buy back Air Products - that would be a violation of the tax code under the "wash sale" rule, and this is why you need to find a similar enough asset and use the proceeds from selling Air Products And to buy it.
The correlation of Air Products is a statistical measure of how it moves in relation to other instruments. This measure is expressed in what is known as the correlation coefficient, which ranges between -1 and +1. A perfect positive correlation (i.e., a correlation coefficient of +1) implies that as Air Products moves, either up or down, the other security will move in the same direction. Alternatively, perfect negative correlation means that if Air Products And moves in either direction, the perfectly negatively correlated security will move in the opposite direction. If the correlation is 0, the equities are not correlated; they are entirely random. A correlation greater than 0.8 is generally described as strong, whereas a correlation less than 0.5 is generally considered weak.
