In addition Mr. Lipinski has served as Executive Chairman of CVR GP LLC the general partner of CVR Partners LP since June 2011 and was a director of CVR GP LLC since October 2007. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of CVR GP LLC until May 2014 and previously served in such role from October 2007 to June 2011. In addition Mr. Lipinski has served as the Chief Executive Officer President and a member of the Board of the general partner of CVR Refining LP since its inception in September 2012. With more than 40 years of experience in the energy industry including serving as Chief Executive Officer and a director of the CVR entities the Board believes Mr. Lipinski is well qualified to serve on the Board. since 2014.

China Resources Beer Leadership Team
