Prior to Comcast Klippel served as vice president of customer care operations at Adelphia Communications Corporation and vice president of operations at both Relera Inc. and Verio. Earlier in his career he spent 10 years in management consulting roles at the Deloitte and Accenture consultancies. Klippel earned a bachelor of science in engineering industrial engineering at the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign and an MBA in marketing and operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston Illinois. since 2016.
