She served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary beginning in April 2015 and was subsequently appointed to the additional position of Chief Compliance Officer in October 2015. Prior to joining CryoLife, she held various positions, including Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Bard, Deputy General Counsel, Medtronic, Inc., Vice President, Litigation, Boston Scientific, Inc., and Deputy General Counsel, Guidant Corporationrationration. Ms. Holloway also spent nearly 15 years in private practice as a trial lawyer at Dorsey Whitney, Faegre Benson and Sidley Austin.
