From June 2008 to July 2010, Mr. Wegman served as a member of our board of directors, and from June 2008 he has served as the Manager of Business of Kibbutz SdotYam. From 1988 to July 2008, Mr. Wegman held various management positions in our Company. From 2000 to February 2006, he served as CoCEO, and from February 2006 to July 2008, he served as our Deputy CEO since 2010.

Caesarstone Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Caesarstone's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Caesarstone inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Caesarstone. The board's role is to monitor Caesarstone's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
