Mr. Zhu Rongbin is the Executive Director and Associate President of Country Garden Holdings Company Limited since May 29, 2013. Mr. ZHU is also a member of Executive Committee and a director of various members of the Group. Mr. ZHU graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Tsinghua University with a master degree and is a senior engineer. Mr. ZHU was responsible for the management of investment and product design of the Group and now is primarily responsible for the management of business division of firsttier cities. Mr. ZHU worked in China Overseas Holdings Limited from 1995 to 2008, most recently as director, assistant general manager and general manager of China Overseas Property Group Company Limited and was responsible for property development and project management in various locations, namely Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai. From 2008 to May 2013 before joining the Group, Mr. ZHU worked in RF, most recently as vice president and general manager of RF. Mr. ZHU has over 21 years of experience in property development and related business. since 2013.
