Mr. Lake provides continuity as a continuing Director from New Bridge Capital, Inc. the predecessor name of SeaHAVN Corporationrationration. Mr. Lake was a Director with the company continuously since 2001 and President since 2003. Mr. Lake is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Pacific Institutional Advisors, Inc., a real estate brokerage and advisory firm. His experience includes over 27 years, as a real estate broker, counseling investors in the wisdom of creating wealth through both long and short term real property Investments. Mr. Lake was the driving force behind opportunities for the individual investor to multifacetted national corporations. He was involved with the sales of the small older home to shopping centers, office buildings, manufacturing facilities and large tracts of land for the development of industrial, commercial and residential projects. Mr. Lake began his working career after graduating from California Polytechnic State University in 1958 with a BS Degree in Soil Sciences. He then worked ten years for Standard Oil of California, manufacturing and supervising the use of agricultural chemicals, in close concert with other agricultural professionals since 2005.
