Mr. Christopher D. Myers is no longer President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of CVB Financial Corporationration, effective March 15, 2020. Mr. Myers has served in that capacity and as a Board member since August 1, 2006. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Myers served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Mellon 1st Business Bank, a 3 billionasset Los Angelesbased bank that was acquired by U.S. Bank. From 1996 to 2003, he held several management positions with Mellon 1st Business Bank, including Executive Vice President, Regional Vice President, and Vice PresidentGroup Manager. He is presently a board member of the California Bankers Association and the UCLA Anderson School of Managements Fink Center for Finance and Investments.
