From 2002 to 2010 Mr. Lhota was Executive Vice President of the Company and from 2010 to 2011 he was Executive Vice President of The Madison Square Garden Company. From 1980 to 1994 Mr. Lhota was an investment banker. Prior he was a Senior Accountant with Arthur Andersen Co. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and Georgetown University. Mr. Lhota is a director of First Aviation Services Inc. and a trustee of The City University of New York.
