Dr. David T. Feinberg, M.D., is an Independent Director of the Company. He became a member of our Board in 2011 he resigned in September 2015 and was reelected in February 2016 after completing the transition to a new job. Dr. Feinberg is president and chief executive officer of Geisinger Health System, a physicianled health system. Dr. Feinberg previously served as chief executive officer of UCLAs hospitals and associate vice chancellor of UCLA Health Sciences, as well as president of the UCLA Health System, after more than 20 years on the faculty at UCLA. He holds a bachelors degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley, an M.D. from the University of Health SciencesThe Chicago Medical School and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University since 2016.
