Huber practiced for over 35 years as a certified public accountant with the Lancaster, Pennsylvaniabased public accounting firm of Trout, Ebersole & Groff, LLP, for which he served as managing partner from 1998 to 2010. He retired from that firm in 2012. He served as a director of Union National Financial Corporationration and Union National Community Bank from 2006 until 2011. Since DFSC acquired Union National Financial Corporationration in 2011, Mr. Huber has served as a director and chairman of the audit committee of the board of directors of UCB. We believe the experience of Mr. Huber as the managing partner of a major regional public accounting firm and his experience as a director of UCB and the predecessor of UCB qualify Mr. Huber to serve on our board of directors.
