Mr. Mark C. Allen is the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary of Denbury Resources Inc. Mr. Allen is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to serving in his current role, Mr. Allen served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from the time he joined Denbury in April 1999 until June 2009 when he became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Denbury, Mr. Allen was Manager of Financial Reporting for ENSCO International Incorporated from November 1996 to April 1999.
