Mr. Boucher has over thirty years experience in all aspects of financial services. Prior to his current post, he served Bank of Ireland Group as Chief Executive of Retail Financial Services and as Chief Executive Corporationrationrate Banking. Before that he held senior management roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland and with Ulster Bank.
