Ms. Anita Leviant has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Ellomay Capital Ltd since March 2008. Ms. Leviant currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the IsraelBritish Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee, CoFounder and Head of the Advisory Board of the Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolutions Ltd. She also heads LA Global Consulting, a practice specializing in consulting, and global and financial projects and crossborder transactions. For 25 years, Ms. Leviant served in various senior positions with the entire Hapoalim Banking Group. Prior to that, she was Associate with Gafni Co. Law Offices, where she specialized in liquidation and commercial law, and she also was Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University Law School Dean since 2008.

Ellomay Capital Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Ellomay Capital's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Ellomay Capital inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Ellomay.
