Mr. Joseph L. Mullen is Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Mullen has served as our Chairman since May 2007, and served as our Vice Chairman from November 2006 to May 2007. Mr. Mullen served as our Chief Executive Officer from August 2002 to November 2006. From September 2000 to August 2004, Mr. Mullen served as President of Bottomline, and he served as Chief Operating Officer from September 2000 to April 2001. From 1977 to 1989, Mr. Mullen held a variety of positions at IBM Corporationrationration. We believe Mr. Mullens qualifications to serve on our Board include his experience in the technology industry, particularly his expertise around payments and payment methodologies. Further, given Mr. Mullens prior executive experience within Bottomline, he has a deep understanding of our company and our operations. since 2007.
