Mr. Nick B. Lane is appointed as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Life, Retirement and Wealth Management of the Company and President of AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company., a subsidiary of the company effective first quarter of 2019. He will also join the Companys Management Committee.
