Mr. Eli Fruchter is Director of EZchip Semiconductor Ltd. and President and Chief Executive Officer of EZchip Technologies Ltd. a subsidiary of EZchip Semiconductor Ltd. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of EZchip Technologies a position that he has held since EZchip Technologies inception in May 1999 and has served as a director of the company since its inception and Chairman of the company Board of Directors from December 2006 until December 2007. Mr. Fruchter cofounded the company and from 1990 to 1999 he served as the company General Manager and the Chairman of the company Board of Directors. Mr. Fruchter holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. since 2007.
