Mr. Leonard Peter Sharpe is an Independent Director of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cadillac Fairview Corporation from March 2000 through December 2010. Prior to March 2000, Mr. Sharpe held various positions at Cadillac Fairview Corporationrationration, including serving as its Executive Vice President of Operations from 1990 to 2000. Mr. Sharpe currently serves as a director of Postmedia Network Canada Corporationration, Morguard Corporationrationration, Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust and Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobilirios S.A., one of the leading developers, owners and operators of shopping centers in Brazil. From 2009 through 2010, Mr. Sharpe served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Previously, Mr. Sharpe served as a director on the boards of Legacy REIT, from 1997 to 2001, and Fairmont Hotels Resorts, from 2001 to 2006 since 2010.
