Mr. J. Graham Eacott serves as Interim Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was appointed as Independent Director of GGL Resources Corporationration, effective July 31, 2007. Graham Eacott is an independent financial and corporate advisor to the minerals industry. He has over 40 years of diversified international experience in the mining industry including investor relations and corporate communications private placement financings financial analysis corporate governance and compliance business development operations consulting engineering and company management. Prior to retiring in 2007, Mr. Eacott was Vice President of Investor Relations for several junior and midtier gold and base metal companies including Century Mining Corporationrationration, Tamerlane Ventures Inc, and Royal Oak Mines Inc. He developed and implemented effective investor relations and corporate communications strategies to enhance shareholder value by maximizing the companies relationships with international capital markets, shareholders, investment professionals and the financial media. He has managed a number of private placement financings. Graham Eacott started his career as a metallurgist in a copper smelter and refinery at a copper producer in Zambia. He joined Seltrust Engineering in London as a consultant and project manager working on feasibility studies and plant design of copper and nickel projects worldwide. He was transferred to Toronto to establish and manage Seltrusts Canadian and U.S. subsidiaries and was responsible for the groups business development activities in North America and Mexico. Graham Eacott graduated with a B.Sc. in Metallurgy from Manchester University in 1962 and a M.Sc. in Industrial Metallurgy and Management Techniques from the University of Aston in Birmingham in 1970. He is a registered P.Eng. in Ontario and a Graduate of the Canadian Securities Course since 2016.
