Mr. Assaf Eyal was Vice President Commercial Division of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., since March 2012. Prior to joining Gilat, Mr. Eyal was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultrashape Ltd. from August 2008 through December 2011 and continued as a Director of Ultrashape until it was sold to Syneron Medical in February 2012. Mr. Eyal served as Executive Vice President at NUR Macroprinters Ltd. from May 2006 to March 2008, when NUR was sold to Hewlett Packard. Prior to that, Mr. Eyal served as CoPresident of the Display Division of Orbotech Ltd. from 2001 to 2006 and from 1998 to 2001, he managed the Display Division from Orbotechs Asian headquarters in Hong Kong. In his earlier years with Orbotech, from 1989 through 1998, he served in various management positions in the U.S. and in Israel. Mr. Eyal holds a B.Sc. degree in Material Engineering from Ben Gurion University and a M.Sc. in Management from Lesley College in Boston, Massachusetts. since 2012.
